RETURN POLICY

We put lots of love into crafting each piece, so all handmade items are final sale. However, if your item arrives damaged or has a quality issue, we’ll make it right!

🤍 No returns or exchanges on handmade pieces unless there is a quality issue or shipping damage.

🤍 If you receive a damaged item, please DM us on Instagram @therabiesdog or email us at therabiesdogclient@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. We’ll review your request and take care of it as soon as possible!

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We'll let you know as soon as we've checked your return and confirm if your refund is good to go! If approved, you'll see your refund back on your original payment method within 10 business days—just keep in mind your bank might need a few extra days to process it. 😊
